A highly flexible graphical user interface and modular architecture means that Gosafe MCCS Software can be adapted to suit the needs of many different and demanding users. The main server software has been developed by professional software engineers.

The graphical user interface in Gosafe MCCS is very flexible. Each window inside MCCS can be moved, re-sized and docked in different positions on the screen. This allows the User to arrange the screen to their taste and allows multiple windows to be open without Explorer becoming cluttered or awkward to use.

VEHICLE CONTROL FEATURES

	1. Immobilizer: You can use this feature in case of theft. This feature will stop the car gradually as it is three point immobilizer installed in the vehicle.

	1. Disable Immobilizer: You can resume vehicle starter after every thing is secure.

	1. Geo-Fencing: You can put mark certain radius around the vehicle as Geographical Fence. When ever vehicle goes out of its geo fence it will give alert to the MCCS. This allows the MCCS to manage the security and also certain boundaries for each vehicle.

	Entering/Leaving Perimeter Alert: Through Gosafe MCCS you can set certain point as Perimeter when ever the vehicle reach there it will send alert to the MCCS. It can be either entering that perimeter or leaving that perimeter.

	Online Tracking: Gosafe not only has access to the information provided by the database, it also has an Instant Message connection to Gosafe Hardware. This allows a real time connection to the vehicles, so that an up to date position is always displayed on the map and communication with the vehicle is almost instant, thanks to Gosafe using the highly advanced GPRS cellular network.

	Speed Limit: Deter dangerous driving habits by knowing when your vehicle is being driven at excessive speeds. This feature can be set through the MCCS software and you can set customer’s desire speed limit. It will receive the reports when the speed is driven for more than one minute of its limit speed. The notification reports location, speed and direction.

	1. Harsh Braking: If MCCS turn on this feature then when ever driver use harsh breaks the main hardware in the vehicle send the harsh braking alert to MCCS.

	1. Vehicle Status: You can check any vehicle status with just one click of mouse.

	Security System Trigger: If there is any trigger like, door switch, ignition, foot brake, bonnet etc. it will remind the MCCS as well as user about the trigger.

	1. Unauthorized movement: Automatically know when your vehicle has moved while the ignition is turned off (i.e., when being towed) and receive the location of the violation.

	Battery Disconnected: Automatically know when vehicle’s battery has been tempered, the indicating a possible theft and receive the location.

	Low Battery: Automatically know when the vehicle’s battery power has depleted to a severely low level (Even the ignition is turn OFF) and receive the location of the vehicle.

	Fleet Management: Through Gosafe MCCS you can manage your fleet affectively. This will not only help the organization in reducing extra fuel charges, on time delivery, more jobs done in a day.

BUSINESS REPORTING

Through Gosafe MCCS you can access all of the business reports that you would have access. You can run reports against vehicles, drivers and assets such as a Journey Summary or Detailed Reports, Driver Daily Report, On Site Time Report, Vehicle and Driver Timesheets and Exception Reports.

If you have sufficient right to access the reports then you can access all the reports available connecting to the database which keep all the updated record, movement, status of all the vehicles.

JOURNEY REPORTING

The Journey Module is used to display historical journey reports from any vehicle that you have access to in the database. Select the dates that you wish to search across and Gosafe MCCS will access the database to pull back all the journeys for a specific vehicle for those dates. You can then pick and choose which journeys you wish to display on the map.

As all of the Gosafe Hardware platforms have the ability to record their positions with a high degree of regularity, the journey snail trails are very detailed. You can follow a journey precisely; viewing exactly which street was driven down, where the vehicle was caught in traffic and how they reached their destination.
